Official Contact Email: DytoaFloraLog@gmail.com

This Privacy Policy governs all data collection, processing, storage and protection activities of the Dytoa application (hereinafter referred to as “the App”), a professional floristry and flower arrangement journal recording platform exclusively for adult users. This policy is formulated in strict accordance with Apple App Store review specifications, global data protection regulations and relevant legal requirements. All users who access, register and use the App’s functions shall be deemed to have fully read, understood and unconditionally accepted all terms of this policy. If you do not agree to any term herein, you shall immediately cease all use of the App.

1. User Eligibility Rules

The Dytoa App is designed and provided solely for individuals aged eighteen (18) years or older. We do not permit minors to use the App’s services, and we do not knowingly collect, store or process any personal information or creative content submitted by users under the age of 18. In the event that we detect any data or content generated by underage users, we will promptly and permanently delete all relevant data, account records and uploaded floristry content in compliance with legal provisions. Parents or legal guardians who discover that a minor has used our App without authorization may contact our official email to apply for data verification and deletion.

2. Types of Data We Process

To support the App’s core functions of floristry check-in, journal generation and visual data statistics, we only process data actively provided by users and necessary anonymous operational data. We will never collect any sensitive personal information without explicit user authorization, including but not limited to real identity information, phone numbers, location data, contact lists and device sensitive permissions.

The data we process mainly includes user-generated floristry content and anonymous usage data. User-generated content covers all flower arrangement photos, floristry creation texts, flower material notes, creative insights and daily check-in descriptions uploaded independently by users, which are the core basis for generating personal floristry journals. Anonymous usage data refers to non-identifiable operation records such as user check-in frequency, creation time and content update records, which are used exclusively for the system to calculate and generate visual statistical charts of floristry creation trends.

3. Legal Basis & Purpose of Data Processing

All data processing behaviors of the App are based on user’s voluntary authorization and legitimate service needs, and all data will only be used for the following core service purposes without any unauthorized expansion of usage scope. Firstly, we use the floristry photos and text content uploaded by users to complete check-in recording and automatically generate exclusive personalized floristry journals, realizing users’ needs for daily creation recording and content management. Secondly, we analyze anonymous user creation data through algorithm calculation to generate intuitive visual statistical charts, helping users sort out their floristry creation habits, creation frequency and growth trends.

In addition, operational data analysis helps us continuously optimize the App’s chart rendering effect, improve the stability of journal generation functions and upgrade overall user experience. Meanwhile, we retain necessary data to respond to user service consultations, feedback processing and rights protection applications, and fulfill legal compliance obligations required by platform rules and national regulatory laws.

4. Data Storage & Security Mechanism

User’s original floristry creation content and journal data will be stored through encrypted cloud server storage and local device caching dual modes to ensure data integrity and accessibility. All intellectual property rights and ownership of user-generated floristry content belong exclusively to the uploading users. Users have independent and full control over their personal data, and can edit, modify, delete or clear all floristry journals and statistical records in the App at any time. When users delete content or abandon the use of the App, we will synchronously clear cloud data and terminate all data processing behaviors.

We adopt industry-standard end-to-end encryption technology, server security isolation and hierarchical access permission management mechanisms to fully protect user data. Internal data access is strictly audited and restricted, and all staff with data operation permissions have signed confidentiality agreements to prevent unauthorized access, tampering, leakage and misuse of user data.

5. User Independent Data Rights

Every eligible user of the Dytoa App enjoys complete independent data management rights. You have the right to view all your historical floristry check-in journals, creation records and automatically generated visual statistical data at any time. You can independently revise, update and optimize your uploaded flower arrangement photos and matching text content to perfect your personal creation logs. You also have the right to delete single creation records or batch clear all historical data, and can withdraw your data processing authorization to us at any time by contacting the official email.

If you have any doubts, objections or correction demands on our data processing behaviors, you have the right to submit feedback and complaints through the reserved contact channel, and we will complete verification, processing and formal reply within 7 working days.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure Restrictions

We adhere to the principle of protecting user data privacy absolutely, and will never sell, rent, trade or illegally transfer user’s personal information and floristry creative content to any third-party commercial institutions or individuals for profit. Data sharing and disclosure will only occur in strictly limited legal scenarios.

We may disclose user data only when we obtain the user’s explicit voluntary written authorization, or when it is required by mandatory legal provisions, judicial rulings and government administrative orders. For third-party technical service providers that provide cloud computing and data statistics support for the App’s visual chart function, we will only provide anonymous and non-identifiable data after signing strict confidentiality agreements, and all cooperative parties are prohibited from using user data for any unrelated business purposes.

7. Third-Party Service Instructions

Individual functional modules of the App (including visual data statistics and cloud storage services) rely on secure third-party technical service support. These third-party service platforms have independent privacy protection systems and policy clauses, which are not governed by this Privacy Policy. We will only cooperate with qualified and compliant third-party providers, and do not undertake the legal responsibilities for data processing behaviors independently implemented by third-party platforms. Users are recommended to fully understand the privacy rules of relevant third parties when using derivative functions.

8. Policy Revision & Update Rules

We reserve the right to adjust and revise the content of this Privacy Policy in real time according to business function iteration, technical upgrade and updates of national laws and platform specifications. After the policy is revised, we will publish the latest version inside the App and update the official latest update time uniformly. The revised privacy terms will take effect immediately after publication.

Your continued use of the App’s floristry recording, check-in and data statistics services after the policy update confirms that you fully recognize and accept the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated clauses, you shall stop using the App’s services immediately.

9. Legal Liability Limitation

We will strictly abide by this Privacy Policy and legal provisions to protect user data security and privacy rights. Within the scope permitted by applicable laws, we shall not be liable for any data loss, content leakage or service abnormality caused by objective factors beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events, user’s improper operation of mobile devices, third-party server system failures and network abnormalities.
